Refund & Return Policy – S3 Natural Products

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is defective

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased under special discounts

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (unless damaged during delivery)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement

Replacement will be provided only if the product is damaged or defective.
